Quick Blueberry Cobbler

This dessert is perfect for occasions when you want something special, but don't have a lot of time, or when it's too warm to heat up the kitchen using the oven. Only four ingredients and you are ready to go!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (21 ounce) Blueberry pie filling
  • 1 package Lemon Cake mix
  • 1/2 cup chopped Pecans
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted

Directions

  • Place pie filling in greased 5-qt. slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle with dry cake mix and pecans.
  • Drizzle with butter.
  • Cover and cook on high for 3 hours, or until topping is golden brown.

Serve warm with ice cream, if desired. Makes 8-10 servings.
